Well, the cats are, believe it or not, missing my brother.

He was here Sunday - Wednesday, and Keith really took a liking to him (without the kids around).
It's already 4 degrees, and it's supposed to plunge below zero tonight. Good thing I have hot flashes to keep me warm! :)

The kitchen is more or less done, but I've been cooking and never get out of the kitchen until after 7, and then I've been trying to get a little bit more organized each night -- and I've been wiping down the cabinets, washing the floor, etc. I'm sure that will get old after a while. After this weekend I'm hoping to have everything in its place. Everything should be done then other than installing some replacement doors that will be coming in a couple of weeks and installing the two slideout drawers in my pantry unit -- One came with no hardware and the other one came with the wrong hardware -- once the correct hardware/slides arrive.
