36. I love how Republicans still spread the lie that people can still go on welfare

as a permanent way of life. They can't...they get two years. That's it. Clinton did away with generational welfare. And they also have to prove they're looking for work...JUST LIKE PEOPLE COLLECTING UNEMPLOYMENT.

These guys are so out of touch if they think unemployment payments "disincentivize" us to look for work...Um, we HAVE to look for work. We have to be able to PROVE we looked for work. It's part of the conditions by which we get our payments. IDIOTS. :grr:

Oy, I haven't thought too much about that!
Actually, I found a couple of really nice and comfy sleeveless dresses at Wal-Mart, of all places. The material is kind of a batik print, with beading all around the neckline. It's very attractive (which is hard for a plus-sized woman like me!), and I feel a little classy. Best deal of all: they were only $20/each! I got one in moss green, deep purple/wine, and brown. :)
