28. I don't know; it's not that kind of eating plan. But I can't

have any bread (and I'm a bread-a-holic! x( ).

No sugar either, which hasn't been hard. I usually put sugar in my coffee, but I switched to Sweet n' Low, which is what I usually have in latte's (which I also can't have right now).

But if the weight keeps falling off at about 2 pounds a day, it's all good!
