That's why I hate those kind of shoes. I bought the Champion version of the Sketchers (large in part 'cause they were on sale) and my balance was not in sync with them so I keep them under my futon and let my cat play with them.

What Keith should do is walk at least a mile or 1/2 if he's able to, which is better for anyone these days. I walk all the time so it's easy for me and I'm full figured so he'll be okay.
