Does nothing for me visually, and now I'll always associate it with him telling us he had that tumor removed, so while that remains an incredible television moment, it has bad associations for me. :-(

Cats can go a longer time without food than without water.

And it is just damn amazing what they can squeeze themselves into and get stuck in.

Here's my story. Years ago when I was moving, my sister and her then-boyfriend came with a rental truck to help me. We were packing up everything but when we were all done, NO sign of the cat. I was terrified that she had run away while the door was open during all that moving. Wandered the whole place--everything was out and gone--where could she be?

Finally, I hear a faint plaintive meowing coming from the bathroom. Where could she be in there? I get down on my knees, look at the kickplate of the vanity--that little black strip that runs around the bottom of the cabinet between it and the floor--and through a small gap in the strip, I see a pair of glowing eyes.

Get this. The back of the vanity was not completely flush with the brick wall behind it. That's how she got in there to begin with. Then she could not get out. She was trapped between THE BASE OF THE CABINET AND THE FLOOR.

I couldn't take her with me that night. Had to call my landlord next day and ask him to dismantle the cabinet and get her out and care for her for a week until I could come back to town. He did. Accepted no payment. God bless the man!

I honestly don't know what I'm doing. I can save images, provided they're in a jpeg format, but I don't know how to convert a picture to a jpeg. Is there a trick to that?

25. Well, I don't quite understand why you can only save

images if they are already in JPG format. You should be able to save pretty much any kind of file. You have to save it before you can convert it... You'll need some graphics program to convert it, I use PaintShop pro but I've heard good things about Irfanview.

Why don't you just email the graphic to me. :D

33. I just watched my tape after we got home from a yummy dinner

And our friend even picked up the tab in honor of my birthday coming up on Sunday!

I checked on Truthout and it sounds like Cindy is planning to be back in Crawford on Wednesday or so. I had read earlier that she was going to be back tomorrow, but I guess not. The stroke wasn't too bad and they physical therapist is already working with her mother to get movement back to the side that was affected by the stroke.

Looks like I didn't miss much here tonight. I'm off to watch Bill Maher in a few minutes, but thought I'd at least check in.
