A federal judge refused Monday to allow a lengthy delay in the sentencing of lobbyist Jack Abramoff, even though lawyers for both sides said the move could jeopardize a federal corruption investigation involving Congress and the Bush administration. Abramoff attorney Abbe Lowell warned that the defense would disclose information about the ongoing corruption investigation to demonstrate the level of Abramoff's cooperation, something that could affect his sentence in the fraud case. "We will name names," Lowell said by telephone at a hearing before U.S. District Judge Paul C. Huck. WEST MIFFLIN, Pa. -- A 75-year-old woman accused of robbing a bank with an unloaded pistol was arrested after a tow truck driver blocked her in after a short chase, police said. Marilyn Divine of Baldwin said after her arrest that she acted "to help people who are starving to death and nobody cares about them." She didn't specify to whom she was referring. Police said the robber walked up to the National City Bank inside the Shop n' Save supermarket in West Mifflin at about 10:30 a.m. Monday and demanded money from two tellers, brandishing a 9mm handgun. 1) clumsy makeup job and different lighting. He's probably doing the show from the local NBC affiliate in Tampa so some bobbles here and there are none too surprising. I can imagine how professional it would look if he did a broadcast from here; the local affiliate closes with a dog in an outfit to let you know what the weather's going to be like the next day. :eyes:

2) battery, huh? Did he make her listen to his music?

3. It's hard to tell whether it's makeup, lighting or sunburn, isn't it?

But they definitely always light him differently at these NBC affiliates when he takes his show "on the road."

As for Yanni, who knows? Maybe he got tired of people thinking he was a wimp because of his music. Scary. Just think, next thing we know, John Tesh will be over to kick our ass.

But here's the worst story of all:
