I must say I was hoping he wouldn't start tonight with the steroid story, I know he's a sports guys, but I couldn't be less interested in this story. It seems tailor made to be hogging news time from much more important stories, much to the relief of the Republicans.

Look over here, now look over here, look at the bright shiny baseball steroids story.

But I'm sure that KO will be talking about Jill Carroll release next and just about every other story I'd like to hear about.

Barry Bonds made a big mistake in sueing those authors the other day, and not refuting the steroids story, he just called attention to himself as having actually done something wrong and catalyzed this investigation.

It's been an uphill battle trying to save the computer, but eventually I was able to save the data to an external drive and re-format the hard drive.

I finally get back, and what do I see? A very stripey, slightly askew, ridiculously tan Keith talking about frickin' BASEBALL!

Last step in the resurrection of the computer: fix the fonts and the smooth scrolling. Right now everything's a but rough, but at least it works!

ancient pc downstairs, I'm afraid any minute I'm going to lose access to all of my art business files.

I had to copy anything I wanted to save to the memory chip that came with my digital camera. I have one of those little adapters to download the pictures to the PC and I just used it as a removable disc and dumped it all on the other PC. I was stuck in DOS world and had no CD burning ability.

Do you have a CD burner? I suggest you back up all of your files while you still can.

version on that computer. We're going to try and put everything on disc this weekend.

Anyway, yeah Muff, he's in Tampa for baseball. Actually it sounds as if he's been getting around the area to see various teams in various games so he can size them up for the season. The Yankees are out of town as of end of today, so if Keith doesn't return until Sunday, he'll have to go see someone else!
