The what-exactly-is-wrong-with-you school committee member from Randolph, Maureen Kenney, the one who made really stupid remarks to her Jewish school superintendent, is resigning from the school committee.

The Patriot Ledger quotes her as saying:

“I understand that my comments were hurtful and for that I am deeply sorry and request the community’s forgiveness.’’

And yet, she’s going to remain a selectman.
