A Bar Mitzvah for an 83-year old |

I have been invited to a "second" Bar Mitzvah for a much loved relative, and I will be honored to attend. But I have absolutely no idea of what kind of gift to get. Any suggestions?

...you know there are many an inappropriate jokes, but since you said loved relative, I will be nice. :)
Gift certificates are nice because he can spend it anyway he wants. Cash is always a time honored favorite. Another thing might be something that reflects your feelings toward him or something which touches on a hobby he likes.
Have fun!

2. If he already has everything he's ever going to need, how about |
|
a donation in his name to an appropriate cause, maybe Jewish National Fund(?)

3. That may be the best thing. Thanks. |

I would have liked to get something personal, but he really does have everything he needs.
