Something humorous, I think ;-)
Just switching over to a new anti-depressant this week--last night was the second dose for me. The new one is Cymbalta, and of course when you start something new like that, you get all kinds of wonderful side effects. Naturally, for me, one of the usual ones is drowsiness. So the fact that I slept all day was meaningless. But the second side effect was really wild. Vivid dreams--er, dream. This dream was a marathon, with sessions of wakefulness in between episodes from the same dream.

I won't go into details--but this thing was so real that I kept up trying to wake up in the dream in order to "wake up" outside the dream! I would say that it fell into the "anxiety" dream category, but things were so close to their real-life components that I was having some difficulty distinguishing fantasy from fact!

I don't know about anyone else, but my dreams have always been a source of fun and creativity, and the more vivid the better. I've actually gotten plot ideas from them! For awhile now, I haven't had any really good ones (I blame the Ambien), so this was the start of something new.

Anyhow, dreams can be intriguing!
