So glad I know what to do
Gastroenteritis is somewhat common, and pretty self limiting. Oh and it sucks and could be dangerous.

I also think I know what caused it. Unwittingly had some gluten. To make a long story symptoms don't greatly diminish calling the triage nurse tomorrow. But damn it not being able to eat normally sucks with diabetes. Yes them sugars so far have behaved.

And yes I know, easy to digest foods for the next few and no coffee.

Just griping, and starting to feel better.

Hey it's a great diet plan...

:sarcasm: No seriously so far three pounds of reserves.

And on a serious note that's what chamomile is for... Smooth muscle relaxant, great for that crampy feeling. That is what hierberas use it for.

4. Gee, all that happens to me is itching, wheezing and heartburn
which is also what made it so tough to track down, wheat being the very last thing I suspected since I love baking so much. I'm sure I'll start wheat free baking soon, I've been assembling all the exotic flours and gums, but I just haven't had the ambition.

Your bod is used to coffee, so cutting back instead of eliminating it might have been the wiser course, maybe mixing half and half decaf until the crisis passed.

5. Nah there is an infection
got lab reports today... next in my list, most likely a poop sample.

That said today I was actually hungry tonight.

Oh and I also now have a case of lactose intolerance. This is most likely temporary. (Better be... running out of food to eat)

Doing mostly Braty diet though had some hard cheese (less lactose) today for dinner with a pill of lactaid.

Need to pick up bananas tomorrow.

And coffee I take it with lactaid milk now.

Oy... once I get better I will start doing some baking too.
