remission is not well
aarrrgghhh! i knew this. but i was feeling so good for a while there that i was forgetting to think of myself as sick. i have been able to do a lot of bike riding, and started to think of myself as fit. so i started doing some yoga, focusing of building some upper body strength. i guess bike riding, although good exercise, is not quite the kind of stress on muscles as a long hold of the plank, or the downward dog. i have been keeping it down to only about 10-15 minutes. but i am paying for it in fatigue, and muscle pain. I WILL GET FIT OR DIE TRYING, DAMN IT!!!! aarrrghhh! just gotta go a little slower, i guess.

1. Hang In There, Mo!
Obviously you have adopted the "no surrender" attitude. That's a good thing. Just keep pluggin'.

2. feeling a little better today
thanks. i just was pissed to be reminded that i am not really healed, just feeling better. i dunno tho, i think now i might be one of those idiots who are addicted to exercise, and don't know how to take a day off! i was sore from my bike ride yesterday, so i only chased the dogs around, and walked to the store twice, cuz i vowed to take it easy. i just an finding physical activity to be so good at dispersing frustration and other unwanted emotions. such a good coping mechanism. so happy to have one. on a virtuous cycle and not FUCKING GETTING OFF!!!!!
