It's official - the '05 Astros DIDN'T exactly suck.

But that Series belly-flop didn't look real good. But hell, I'll admit to being wrong as hell with my original posting earlier in the year. I didn't repost to it beacuse I didn't want to break the mojo, but I sure wanted to chime in when they were coming on strong in late summer.

Funny, though. The thing that was lacking back when I posted originally was what killed them in the end: no offense. How the hell can you go 18 innings in the freakin' WORLD SERIES without plating someone? Sad.

But I'm still proud of the 'Strosies. They came outta nowhere to get to the Dance. I wasn't the only one putting them into a premature grave. I'm glad that I was wrong. They made me proud.

1. The Astro's did good...

Not to many people thought they would end up there, or should've been there. Go Astros...:) I am a big fan of unexpected teams making it to the series and this year, was good, cause I didn't expect the Astro's or Whitesox to make it...:)
