Just Wondering - Is It Worse for You During the Winter?

I just feel so tired and sad during the winter and now that my mom's gone its amplified. I d find that getting outside for a walk helps, but what do you do when there's ice all over everything and you have to stay in?

I think that there are more gloomy days in Winter. Also, for what it's worth, we have Christmas and New Year to get through, not to mention my mum's birthday. That's always a hard one. My birthday too. I miss it that she doesn't call me on my 'day'. :cry: I find that sun shiney days are much better.
