Just thought I'd check in and see how everyone is. Autumn always makes me yearn for family whether they're gone or just far away and I thought perhaps you felt the same or similar.

1. Thanks for thinking of us. It is kind and comforting. I am having a

very hard time for countless reasons. I'm sure many of our friends are too. It is not just the incredible loss of my husband but of the general state of my life now. I miss him so much, there are no words....

3. Doing okay, but now that the election is here I'm thinking of

my Dad (he passed on Nov. 8, 2004). He would have loved Obama, had he known about him :-).

I find myself grieving a lot lately, working through things that have not much to do with the loss of loved ones ... just losses I've experienced in life. Sometimes it really sucks. I think I'm trying to work out of a depression or something. It's hard to put into words.
