I was on day 5 yesterday and I slipped and smoked. Now I feel guilty about it, of course. I was so stressed out and starting to feel a little depressed. Is this normal?

Just start over again. No judgements, no shame. Hey, you had 5 days smoke-free.

and I slipped too. I feel bad about it and am trying to use that to steel my determination to stay "quitted".

3. I slipped too, on Day 5, and had to fight the nagging idea today |

that I should just forget it. But I'm not going to. I'm going to push the reset button and keep trying.
