Not smoking sucks. Big time

7. Funny you mention that ......
.... the first cigs I eliminated were those in the car. I find myself enjoying driving even more since my car stinks waaaaaay less when I get in it.

I also find myself now drinking and driving. This morning I had to drive about an hour. I brought a big ol' insulated mug of orange and sweet spice tea.

Tea is another thing ..... I found my regular coffee to be a HUGE trigger to smoke so I started with herb teas. There's no ciggie association with it. When the desire to smoke is consistenly gone I'm sure I'll go back to coffee.
