Cold laser therapy is helping me. It is better to say that it "helps" than to say "it works." Nothing works. We have to do the work.

Do I want a cigarette? Yes, but not every waking minute.

Tomorrow, I will have cataract surgery. I will have have it nicotine-free. It is a good start.

It is so strange not to wear glasses. I have worn them since I was thirteen!

Also, I am still a non-smoker. I don't know how or why cold laser therapy works, but it does work. At least, it works for me.
