Where is the Barbour Collection online?

Used to be, back at the turn of the millennium, you could find the Barbour Collection (CT Vital records) at the various town genealogy pages. But now the files are all gone. NEGHS doesn't even have them online. And I hate to look at microfiche at the LDS church. Any place online that has them or will search them? I'm going nuts finding some family in Lebanon and Canterbury. Thanks in advance.
