Can anyone please explain the timing and seating of the credentials committee?? I thought it was

after the nominee is picked. Sorry for the stupid post and thanks in advance for your helping me out.

I understand the credential committee seating will work in Hillary's favor (Yeah!!!) but I always thought that the committee would make the decision too late.
