Will meet backers at Maifest

COVINGTON - Democratic presidential candidate Sen. Hillary Clinton is bringing her campaign to one of Northern Kentucky's biggest parties.

In advance of Tuesday's Kentucky primary election, Clinton is scheduled to stop tonight at Maifest, a large street festival in Covington's MainStrasse neighborhood that kicks off Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky's festival season.

"This is great," City Manager Jay Fossett said. "It's always a great party, and this is going to give it a little more excitement."

Clinton will speak at 8:15 p.m. on a stage that will be erected on Main Street between Fifth and Sixth streets near Otto's Restaurant and the 501 Main Building....
