A DNC canvasser was at my door. He started going into a pitch about how it was a rough primary and money would be needed for GOTV, etc.

I told him I would hold my nose in November and vote for Obama, but the campaign wasn't going to see a dime from me and I told him this was because I saw my candidate get trashed with RW talking points, especially by the Obama-loving netroots, while her supporters were depicted as uneducated racists. He said he was disappointed but was glad to at least have my vote. As he left I wished him good luck in what must be a rough zip code for him (old money suburb in the south).

Maybe it was bitchy of me, but I wanted to make sure he knew exactly why so he could take it back to local headquarters.

They don't like the fact that the other side supposedly uses Hillary ads from the primaries. As if they would not have done the same had Hillary been the nominee.

After what the DNC did to Hillary, they're lucky I didn't change my registration to Independent. Not a penny from me to the DNC, though I will support my local candidates.
