I am deeply hurt by many of anti-Hillary comments.
I have my real political activity in real world.
I am involved in local Green and environmental cause.

My husband originally introduced me to DU.
He left long time ago. He god sick of DU after 2000 Green vs. Democrats things.
Now it's my time to leave.

I am very sad I ended up posting such an emotional Op, which ended up locked.

Maybe I am too old for DU.

1. I'm getting that way too

I come to DU every day for news from the US. I moved to Korea because my husband is stationed here and I don't have any American friends, only Korean. Even if I don't post much, DU makes me feel like part of a group, a reminder of home. Lately I can hardly stand to come here.

I know there is anti-Obama stuff out there too but the posts from Obama supporters are often vicious, childish, mocking, or gloating. I can barely find a thread that isn't anti-Hillary. Some of them just make me sad: threads about her "shouting" or "nails on a chalkboard" voice, saying she drones on. I don't hear that at all. Calling her laugh a cackle. Ugh, that really rubs me the wrong way.

The pro-Obama threads make me nauseous, too much hero-worship. I think he sounds like a televangelist and THAT turns me off. I hate how being pro-Hillary is somehow anti-hope. Obama is the only one that can inspire hope?

I disagree with Hillary's IWR vote but Obama wasn't even in the Senate then so he can say he would have voted against it. I hate how some seem to be under the impression that he was in the Senate and he did vote against it.

Add to it, I am starting to get pessimistic about Hillary's chances. I'm just getting depressed and liking Obama less and less. Maybe it's just his supporters but it is affecting what I think of him.

Obama is a saint and everyone seems to be jumping on the bandwagon in a frenzy.
