• $1.7+ million for consulting, roughly $530,000 of which have come in the last quarter;
• $2.6+ million for mail expenses;
• $15,000 for travel;
• $7,000 for printing;
• $4,500 on photography.

Direct mail, thank-you letters to donors, and other biz expenses most of us never
even consider, which in a campaign are absolutely necessary.

David Axelrod has made over $1 million from Obama's campaign for the same services,
but no one seems to be complaining about his salary. link
