Obama plays dirty in Texas

You may be aware that Texas has a screwy primary system--29% of all delegates will be chosen by caucuses, held next Tuesday night, in addition to the primary vote. While one must vote in the primary to caucus, if one doesn't his vote still counts.Yet in the Dallas area, Obama precinct captains are handing out fliers that are (deliberately?) misleading. This after the "Dem for a Day" fliers they sent out in Nevada.

a Texas resident complained that when she voted early for Obama, she got a receipt telling her that her vote counted as only 3/4 of a vote -- unless she also caucused for Obama on Election Night

She scanned the receipt and posted it:
