Instead of going after republicans he attacks his own. That said, I have started watching Lou Dobbs. He will call out either candidate and is equal to both candidates. He called out Obama yesterday because Obama was pandering to Latinos and Obama said Lou Dobbs and Rush Limbaugh were against legalization at a rally. Anyway, Lou Dobbs slammed him and several times called him a liar and said Obama was pandering to the Latinos.

My grandmother had a beautiful Arabic name. :) I thought about her a great deal last night, and woke up to see a thread on GDP which suggested that only Obama supporters have the dreams of beautiful mixed-race families. They don't. I thought a lot about my gay twin brother -- who is very apolitical, and the most wonderful person in my life, along with my partner. I have a rocky relationship with my family, but I do love my brother fiercely and I do remember my grandmother with such love.

The issue is the ugliness and the internecine war that is being propped up by the corporate media and some very hateful followers. The issue is selective outrage, used politically. Last night, I saw an Obama supporter joke in the lounge that they should should go break the heads of the "bots". In GDP, I saw someone say that most Clinton supporters on DU were nasty racists. I'm not entirely certain if those people who are playing with this issue for outrage points know what they're doing.

All of a sudden, I have no idea where all this is going. I feel such sadness. I want to call my brother, and talk about this, but I don't know what I'd say.
