Oh my ... repubs will love this one: Wright, Hamas, Obama
"Obama's Trinity United Chuch of Christ in early July 2007 published a Hamas terror manifesto in the Pastor's Bulletin of the Church newsletter. The pages from the pastor's column were published in the Los Angeles Times on July 10, 2007 The Hamas manifesto compared itself to the American Declaration of Independence. Israeli security officials have for some time been anxious about Obama advisor Robert Malley, who has advocated negotiating with Hamas.

http://www.worldnetdaily.com/index.php? scan of bulletin- info on author of op-ed http://www.investigativeproject.org/prof ile/106 criticism of op-ed which originally appeared in la times under firestorm- http://www.camera.org/index.asp?x_contex t=2&x_outlet=33&x_article=1338 more on this http://creepingsharia.wordpress.com/2008 03/18/obamacide-obamas-church-reprinted -hamas-manifesto ageId=59456

According to Aaron Klein of World Net Daily, a conservative online news source

JERUSALEM - Sen. Barack Obama's Chicago church reprinted a manifesto by Hamas that defended terrorism as legitimate resistance, refused to recognize the right of Israel to exist and compared the terror group's official charter - which calls for the murder of Jews - to America's Declaration of Independence.

The Hamas piece was published on the "Pastor's Page" of the Trinity United Church of Christ newsletter reserved for Rev. Jeremiah Wright Jr., whose anti-American, anti-Israel remarks landed Obama in hot water, prompting the presidential candidate to deliver a major race speech earlier this week.

The revelation follows a recent WND article quoting Israeli security officials who expressed "concern" about Robert Malley, an adviser to Obama who has advocated negotiations with Hamas and providing international assistance to the terrorist group."

1. I bought a copy of the National Enquirer for the week of March 17th
because I wanted to read their article on Obama. Maley is mentioned there also, with his anti-Israeli ties. Also, the article discusses Obama's friendship with Bill Ayers, the former member of the Weathermen Anti-American group. Ayers participied in bombings of the Pentagon, NYPD hqs and the Capitol building in the early 1970's. No less a personage than David Axelrod has affirmed this friendship. Ayers and Obama served together as board members of the nonprofit Woods Fund-founded by university professor and harsh critic of Israel Rashid Khalidi. There's other stuff in the article. Obama is going to sink by his own with these ties to people ordinary Americans loathe.
The source for the Maley stuff was Bill Hobbs, communications director for the TN Republican Party. You can bet the negative advertisement machine has kicked into high gear, and it's Obama who has handed all this ammo to his political enemies.

5. How much of it are they sitting on, hoping he will be the nominee?
That's what the supers need to ask themselves.

If he is the nominee the defeat will be crushing and humiliating.

7. There seems to be plenty out there and I have the feeling we're
just beginning to see it trickle out. How many other anti-American rants by different preachers are in his political enemies' hands? I can't believe these churches sell this shit, or that, knowing he was going to run for Prez, Obama didn't remove himself toute de suite from that church. Maybe his judgment is somewhat lacking.
I had heard the rumblings that the Jewish community was suspicious of him and his associations do seem to bear out their concern. As for his friend (Axelrod's word, not my imputation) Ayers, the guy has a book called "Fugitive Days" the professor reflects on whether or not he might use bombs against the United States in the future and writes: "I can't imagine entirely dismissing the possibility". He also is quoted as saying as recently as 2001: "I don't feel we did enough". This shithead escaped prosecution by fleeing the country and when he surrendered in 1980 all charges had to be dropped due to "improper surveillance" technicality.
Then there's the admitted gay choir director and Obama friend Donald Young who was found dead last Dec. 23. A top Chicago private investigator with ties to the homicide division told The Enquirer that Donald Young was silenced because of something he knew about Barack Obama. He was in a position at Trinity where he heard alot of things and saw alot of things concering Barack. The investigation is ongoing.
Now, all of that comes from the magazine. They may be a rag but as someone (sorry I forget who) pointed out, they've never been successfully sued (that I know of). Anyway, when did a story have to be true for the Republicans to start up their smear machine? The fact seems to be that this untested political neophyte has provided them with plenty of inflammatory ammunition with which to bury him in the Fall.
I know people can drag out tons of garbage, a bit of it true, on Hillary, but something that seems to elude our Obama leaning colleagues here is, NO ONE GIVES A RAT'S ASS. Everyone expects her to be corrupt. Doesn't even matter any more that she isn't and never has been. It's become an ingrained part of her public persona. Those who support her will continue to do so through thick and thin. Even if something new was dug up against her, it wouldn't matter to her base. Now Obama, he's a different story. He sold himself as someone above the fray, a better and more improved version of the average politician, bringing hope, inspiration and celestial choirs to the masses. Therefore, he handicapped himself because when you're at the very top you've only got one place to go.

He AIN'T gonna win the GE.

12. One would think some prominent blacks would advise him to withdraw
to spare the humiliation which will fall on the whole group. Sorry, but that is what always happens.

When a white person does something bad, it doesn't spread to the group. When a woman does, it spreads to the group (reference husband killings, false rape charges, more.) And needless to say, the blacks will all take the hit from this humiliating defeat.

I can't stand Obama. One of the main things that bothers me is that there is a good pool of black officials that are ready for the presidency. I would defend them tooth and nail against anything.

This guy is a pretender to the throne, like W.

13. I've wondered that for awhile. Worse, how much did his supporters KNOW & ignore?
Could they be that anti-Hillary, anti-woman for President?

That they'd rather go down with the ship?

I know in my heart the answer is yes....yes, some of them could.

2. So, where do these revelations take us?
What conclusions should be drawn from this:

"The revelation follows a recent WND article quoting Israeli security officials who expressed "concern" about Robert Malley, an adviser to Obama who has advocated negotiations with Hamas and providing international assistance to the terrorist group."

8. BO has been advertised as a pure canvas.
This type of thing is just more of "What the Hell kind of people do you hang with"?

"Who are you really"? It is one more chink in the armor and one more good swift kick
and he will hopefully downgrade him permanently.

16. I can't even go there anymore......
this is the ONLY place I visit on DU now and I have to avert my eyes from the "Greatest Page" :puke: until I can click on the link to get here!

I can't believe some of the shit the Obamoonies are posting and it amazes me that nearly none of it seems to get even a cursory look by the Mods.

DU used to be my home, now I feel like I've been foreclosed.

If you post this in GDP prepare for the wrath of the Obamoonies, and it WON'T be pretty, or nice. They're out of freaking control. It truly is a cult mentality and I really worry about what will happen when Hillary gets the nomination. :scared:

17. And if he did purchase any of those videos,
he never watched them.
Hmmm, I wonder if he would release his Visa purchase records? Enquiring minds want to know.
