Love Moves Softly

Love moves softly
It doesn't even leave foot prints in the snow
You don't expect it to come
But sure, you don't want it to go

Love moves softly
Like the first robin in spring
You don't know when it got there
But still it makes you sing

Love moves softly
Like crickets on a summer night
Nothing's any different
But everything seems just right

Love moves softly
Like a leaf falling from a tree
No matter where you've ever been
You're just where you want to be

Love moves softly
Like moonlight on the ground
It creeps into your soul
It never makes a sound

Love moves softly
Like a shadow on a wall
No matter what your problems
Nothing bothers you at all
