I am glad you found us!

Your post to that other blog described my feelings about my "bottom" to a T. I am glad there were not things around you with which you could have done yourself in. Remember, we are all in this together.

I finally got sober when I realized that I would rather be dead than continue to live the way I was living. I guess you just have to be in that much pain to make the big changes.

I really liked reading your story.

Although we come in through different doors,
we all end up in the same place. And it's always
after a big bottom.

I realized that after several treatment programs,going back out
several times and demoralization I don't ever want to meet again
that I wanted to live more than die.
