Need an Emotions Anonymous sponsor

Hi, I'm Critters, and I'm powerless over my emotions.

I participate in an Emotions Anonymous phone meeting, because there's no rl meeting near me. Happily, that meeting is in the middle of the day on my day off. So, I get to it nearly ever week. I'm doing my best to work the steps, but could use the support and experience of a sponsor. I'm a woman in my 40s.

I know this group is more for substance addictions. But I also know there are a lot of 12-steppers here, maybe some with dual diagnoses, who might be able to help.

I hope you have found someone to pm you with regard to finding a sponsor for EA.

I don't know if any here work that particular program but you never know.

Best of luck finding the right sponsor. A good sponsor is so important in starting
off on a positive way in the program. I still have the same sponsor now that I had
when I first came in to AA over twenty years ago. I've never found anyone better.
She's the best.
