I achieved my last new year's resolution.
In a few weeks will be my 7 month anniversary since giving up caffeine and my favorite soft drink, Pepsi. I became heavily addicted to it when I started college 3 years ago, needing it to keep me up to the wee hours of the morning to study and party. It became so bad that I started drinking up to two cases per week. But that has changed and wow what a difference it has made on me. My kidneys don't hurt anymore. I sleep better and have more energy throughout the day now. Plus it has helped me stay in shape and tone up.

Just wanted to share as I reflect on achieving my new years resolution from this past year. :D

2. Congratulations
I too have kicked smoking for about two years and have stayed away from alcohol. It's been very hard, but I think with everyday, I stay clean, my life gets better.

4. Congratulations
I go back and forth with CocaCola addiction. Sometimes I drink a ton, sometimes I drink almost none. It is one I am not quite ready to face head on though.

I am proud of you.
