coming to in detox, AGAIN. I feel pretty good today sitting here drinking the strongest beverage I have had since then (black coffee, which I just dribbled all over myself without getting totally pissed off, LOL-Progress!). Filled with gratitude, I have what I need today. Amazing! The journey is strange sometimes, but so far it's been worth it, even when I was so depressed and in fear last fall, thinking living just wasn't worth the effort HP and good people got me through.

I am one of those that can't accept the predominent religions of the world or their idea of a higher power, nope, not at all if I am true to myself; so I get to seek and think and read and learn, changing my mind a lot along the way.

Thanks everyone in recovery out there. I need you.

Although I came to in the same jail cell I'd been in 12 day earlier.

That was it, right there. If they had clocks in that jail cell, I could tell you exactly what time I quit...lol.
