The family, for good or ill, want to keep their young man nearby.
Also, the place would probably have to be kosher.
Does anyone have any suggestions? Where to look?

But Hazelden Foundation has an outpatient program in NYC.

They are very reputable and would likely be able to refer your friend to a good inpatient program, if necessary.
Most inpatient programs worth their salt would be able to accomodate a Kosher lifestyle, as they need to accomodate all kinds of different diets.
