4. I think about all of you

a LOT.
I know how hard it is to diet and to change the way we eat. Having had surgery hasn't cured all my bad eating habits. I just sat here and ate 2 english muffins with preserves. :sigh:
But, I'm now full. Years ago I'd have probably gone back to the kitchen and made a grilled cheese sandwich after the muffins ..

I guess what I'm saying is that I get support here too!

At least you didn't have double cream on them! My ex used to love scones with double cream and jam. Ugh...I couldn't watch him eat it...looked way too rich. (he used to cycle at least 100 km per week, so his waistline never payed!)

6. oh my ! My dear mum used to

make heavenly scones. She'd serve them with cream and strawberry preserves on rare occasions.

I'm really lucky, I don't absorb any fats now. Downside of that is that if I eat too much fat, well .. lets just say I should stay home and close to the loo.
