Need some help!
This is my first post on the weight loss group. :) I have lost quite a bit of weight (PM me if you want to know how much!) over the past couple of years, and I now have only 12 lbs. to go to my goal weight. I've done this slowly and have kept off all the weight I have lost. My question is this: what do you do to motivate yourself long term? My goal is in sight, but it seems like I will never get there! I have hit a plateau and been there for several months, and I'm getting frustrated.

1. You will get there!
You're obviously doing something right, if you've worked at it for a couple of years. Keep doing what you have been doing. Your body is just taking a rest. Have you been exercising? Plateaus are so frustrating, one morning you'll wake up and be surprised that the scale has moved downward once again. The last few pounds are always the hardest. Could it be that your body is happy/satisfied at the weight you are now?
As you can see I don't have any sage advice but I do want to encourage you to never give up. Your body and health will thank you for it!
