that sure is an easy meal, and while you are there, pick up a bag of broccoli, and steam it, squeeze it with fresh lemon juice, drizzle a little butter, pepper, add a salad, and Voila! Instant dinner. Its good for you, yummy, and super simple. You can stem the broccoli in the microwave.
I also try to keep a bag of frozen ravioli in the freezer, then just open a jar of prego or bertolli's sauce, add a salad, and that's a pretty simple meal. Limit your portion, and its a healthy, quick meal.
Another quick dinner I've recently been hooked on, is tilapia. I get the fillets at the grocery store, line a baking sheet with foil & spray it with butter-flavor Pam (no clean-up afterwards!), lightly rub each side of the fillets with olive oil, salt and fresh-ground pepper. drizzle fresh lemon juice on top, bake at 350degrees for about 5-7 minutes, serve with a salad. I also like to make fresh green beans with red pepper strips, a little sesame oil for flavor, sprinkle with black sesame seeds, and again, Voila! The whole dinner doesn't take 20 minutes.
Those are some simple ideas that may help you....
