Slow and steady.........right?
That's what I keep telling myself tonight. I had my 2nd 3-week measurement today and I lost another 5 pounds. I would have liked the number to be higher, but if I'm honest I wasn't as dilligent as I was the first 3 weeks. I had family in town so I didn't eat as well and didn't get to the "gym" to work out as frequently. So, I guess all things considered it was a good day. Especially since I told myself before going that I would be happy if I hadn't gained!

2. Another 5 lbs? That's fantastic!!
and I'll bet you're still losing inches too. To be able to even lose ANY weight at all, while you had family in town, doing all sorts of entertaining, is fantastic!! You should be very proud of yourself.

Am I reading this correctly? 5 lbs in 3 weeks? if so, that's 1.667 lbs per week, which is what they say you should be aiming for. You're right on track. And to be able to sustain the weight loss while you had people in town interfering with your normal schedule is noteworthy.

Keep up the good work-- :hi:
