Hi guys,
I haven't posted for quite awhile. I joined Jenny Craig back in very late February and lost 14 lbs between then and June. After that I had pretty much plateaued with JC and decided to try something new, I did a short term protein-only diet, which helped me to lose and keep off 4 more lbs. After that I knew I needed something more sustainable, so now I am using an online coach who primarily coaches women doing figure competitions but also coaches everyday women too..exercise schedule and how many grams of protein, carbs, and fats is given to you, but its up to you to plan out your meals, so it's been a learning experience also. I just started this in September and have lost 3 lbs so far.
In addition to all that I earned a certification in personal training and have a goal to learn more, so that I can help effectively train people at the gym.
That's just a little bit about my journey from 153-133 from March to September!
