Happy day. It is Friday, I weighed in this morning & I have lost
4.2 lbs in the last 2 weeks.
I also had a message on my phone last night that I won a prize in a contest I had entered a while back, yes it was legit. I won a weighted walking vest. I am really excited because I wanted to buy one for myself, but they are expensive.
Needless to say, but I'll say it anyway, I am in a great mood this morning.

1. That is really great news
I know you've been working hard at trimming down, so GOOD FOR YOU.

When I was at the doctor's on Wednesday, I was down 8 lbs. from the last time I was there, back in mid-March.

So, my weight is still coming off, it's just coming off slowly--which is fine by me.

3. Yes, slow is good.
It's good to learn to be patient, too. I lost quickly the last time and it still wasn't fast enough for me. This time, I'm happy if I'm not gaining! :)

2. Way to go!
I'm down five pounds in the last two weeks myself. I suspect most of that is due to my 13 miles a day on my bike but I'm doing a better job of controlling my eating, too. :D

4. Congrats to you as well!!!!!
I have been sticking to my 6 mini meals a day plan.
It really seems to work for me.

5. WooHoo! That is fantastic!
Congratulations to everyone posting here who is in the minus column (or working at status quo!) What a fantastic effort, and so nice to see the numbers dwindle on that darned scale! That represents a LOT of work and effort. Wonderful! :woohoo:
