How is everyone doing?
After losing 47 pounds I sort of lost my way a bit and have been off my weight loss attempts for a while. I have gained about 9 pounds back so I'm trying to get back into it. It is so easy to slip back into bad habits. Hopefully I'll be able to get back to where I was by the end of the year and then continue to move forward. One thing I have to make sure to do is to count my calories, it's so easy not to think about how many you are consuming. I created a calorie counter in an excel spreadsheet tonight. It's a weekly tracker I just punch in my calories for meals and snacks and it automatically adds up my calories and breaks them down in a number of categories: week, day, meals, snacks, etc.
