
I know there is a book forum but this is a weight loss book.
This book is amazing and pleasant to read. It talks about known diet myths and explains in detail why famous diets won't work. I am currently on a diet and even thought I workout 4 days a week (Cardio and weights for 90 min) and eat less than 1600 a day, I am stuck at 25 pounds of weight loss. It is a very informative, no nonsense book. I received it as a Christmas gift from a friend who knows my struggle with weight. I am so very happy about this book. It is my new source of motivation. I wish I could just relax!!!
Any book that tells me that I can control my appetite center with SEX is a great book!! :spank: :P
