I was surprised & thrilled because I thought with the PMS it would not be pretty.

3. I lost 2.2 pounds last week and ...
1.6 pounds this week. Last weekend I was at a retreat with lots of food and, although I cut back considerably from previous retreat eating, I still went though 28 flex points in two days. That's way more than I usually use in a week! I was very determined to lose something this week so I did extra exercise (dancing in my apartment and walking) and didn't eat my exercise points. I felt really grateful to have lost instead of gaining. I anticipate less temptation this week but I want to keep up the extra exercise. I've lost 7.8 pounds total so far. :-)

4. Good for you!
I lost weight with Weight Watchers. They have a great program.
You seem to know how to handle the real day to day issues & set backs.

5. I'm doing Weight Watchers, too.
While I was on the retreat I took my quik-track book with me and wrote down what I ate. When I had the time, I wrote down the points used and was really shocked at how much the total was. For some reason, I am less tempted at home, even though I have chocolate there. It's partially that I can decide how much to put on my plate and how large a treat I'm going to have. At a restaurant or buffet, if it's in front of me I have a hard time not eating it.
