Has anyone tried Fat Flush Diet? |

An acquaintance told me about it and her success with it. It's theory is that we need to detoxify our body, as well as use certain foods that speed up our metabolism. I'm thinking of starting it next week.

(Sorry I didn't see it earlier. I forgot I posted this!!) I've been doing a modified version of the diet and have lost a little off the butt and thighs. What I find great about it is that I don't feel hungry. It's much easier to keep to a diet if you don't feel distracted and weak from hunger. How much have you lost on this diet? How long have you been on it?

3. I like it. And, the cranberry water was great. |

I'm not a cranberry fan, so it was hard the first day, but it's so watered down even I didn't have a problem really. After the second day though, I looked forward to it and found it refreshing!
