I know how to do it, I have lost a lot of weight before but gained it all back when I picked up the bottle.
I have been dry for two months now and the urge to live clean is back! Weight Lifting, aerobic exercise,eating clean.Someone gave me this really nice health rider that probably cost 200.00 brand new.And I have free weights. (almost sold them for a bottle, thank goodness I didn't) I was going to run, but it's winter and it sucks running in the cold. Hopefully by the time it warms up, I will be in halfway decent shape and can start running a little to augment my health rider sessions.
I weigh 240lbs right now and hope to get to 175lbs by the end of summer. That would be about ten pounds a month and that is perfect. I figured out my BMR and I am going grocery shopping tomorrow.
