1. That's fantastic!
I'm so proud of you and inspired! :yourock:

I have a lap-band, too, installed on November 1, 2007. I've lost about 35 pounds of the 58 I need to lose but weight loss has been on hold the last couple of months since my cancer diagnosis. However, I'm glad that it's adjustable so that I was able to have some saline taken out in order to adjust to my lack of appetite after treatment. I'm maintaining my loss and doing well with the treatments so all is good. I went from a size 20 to a size 16 and I'm under 200 pounds so I'm happy!

But enough about me! Unlike some who don't understand how the band works, I know that it took much effort on your part to achieve your milestone and I applaud you for it! :applause:

3. Congrats to you too!! You have done so well
with all that you are dealing with. It does take effort no matter what surgical intervention you take and you must be committed to making the changes that have to be made in order for to be successful. I applaud anyone who has taken the steps to make themselves healthier.

You are still and always will be in my thoughts. I hope you're feeling well and managing ok.
