Anyone else using "SparkPeople.com"? What a great little site.
I just discovered a diet site that has better features than ediets, imo, and it's free! I've been using it for 2 weeks. I've lost 7 pounds so far, just following the meal and exercise plans. Just set it as my homepage, too. You can add link--like to DU--get headlines. So, I start off there everyday, entering the foods I've eaten. Then it's off to e-mail, DU, etc.

Are others using Spark People? Have you found other sites that are helpful in diet and weight loss?

1. There was a DU SparkPeople group
but I can't find it now. I agree that it's a great site with lots of good information. Congratulations on your progress! :bounce:

3. I think I may have found it...a Spark Team named
Proud Blue Liberals. Can't tell for sure whether others are DUers, but they certainly think along the same lines.

4. Thanks for the reminder! I was going to sign up last fall, but got busy with
school and forgot about it. I've been doing my own thing for a while but it's stopped working. Now I just need to get motivated to make the changes from my program to theirs. I'd love to see the sort of progress you had in the first 2 weeks!

5. Yes!!!!! I've lost 14 pounds using Spark People.
I've kind of fallen off a little in the last few weeks with my tracking exercises and eating, but I still check in every day. I've been there for 2 months now. I love it!
