I watched the TLC series, and realized, so THAT is what I have been doing more or less over the last year or so!
It is not a diet...unless you consider everything you eat during your day a diet... which to be frank is exactly what a diet is. Some have medical reasons, but for the most part, WHAT YOU EAT, the good, the "bad" and the "ugly" is exactly that, a diet. And you have been on a diet, every day of your lives.
Give the Four Rules a whirl.... and I am sure you will be surprised
By the way, I now bike regularly (thanks George), and I think the plateau is over....(I lost 25 pounds and then hit one of them plateaus and have not gained back... )
But definitely do give the site a whirl... and if they reair the series on TLC WATCH IT
And for you exercise folks, here is a big tip, get yourselves a pedometer, and wear it. Most people who are overweight don't walk enough...
Now speaking of which Gazelle today, since I did not bike today... and I want to try to reach 10K steps if I can... since I did not bike today.
Suffice it to say I was even walking faster than hubby today... whew, what a change!
Oh and food has not been that TASTY in years...
