Anyone here done the rice diet?

I am about a month in to the plan and am liking it so far. I have dropped about 30 pounds to date (started at 355) and have a lot to go still, but looking for tips, hints, recipes, etc.

It sounds like whatever you're doing is the right thing for you. I've got to check out this rice diet. I'm just having a lot of success tracking what I eat and making better choices. I use http://www.sparkpeople.com/ to track my food. The site is free and there is so much info on it it can be overwhelming at first, but once I got my favorites added, it takes no time to track your food.
