:P
It started Friday night. I went out on a date. Really nice restaurant. I was a little nervous, so I dipped into the bread bowl. Fresh rolls and fresh really delicate cornbread. Delish. :9 x( I'm lucky they were small, however.
Saturday, instead of sticking to my eating plan, I went to the store and got some quinoa salad (no oil in it) and quite a lot of fruit. I ate all of that instead of my usual protein-focused diet. Normally, I eat veggies and a little fruit. But my taste for carbs has been reawakened. It's causing me to overeat. I also bought and ate a very rich candy bar.
Ugh.
Yesterday, I didn't go to the gym and that was a mistake. I didn't need to from a health standpoint, but it really does reign in my appetite. Without it, I will overdo it.
I even had to take a nap yesterday afternoon with all the short sugar stuff I was eating. That hasn't happened in months. :P
I did manage to get to the gym on saturday, though. So there is that. My body is definitely different from the last time I did this; there is a lot more muscle.
I'm back on my eating plan today. Eggs and vegetarian sausage for breakfast. There will be chicken and salad for lunch. pumpkin seeds for snack and protein shake for dinner.
Thanks for letting me vent.
edit: Forgot to add the loaf of raisin bread I bought and enjoyed too. :D :P Most of it is in the freezer and I will not get it out for a while again, not least because I'm sensitive to wheat.
