to a little less than 35 inches!!
Really on my way, now. According to the Real Age website BMI calculator, my waist should be somewhere between 27 - 32 inches, so I'm only a little off now. Hope to lose it over the summer.
I'm continuing to follow my meal plan: adequate protein, low GI veggies, rounded out with some low GI fruit and nuts. Also adequate fluid intake, mostly water and unsweetened tea. I allow myself a "cheat" once a week because I'm dating and going to restaurants. That means I can still have a serving of bread --who can pass up freshly made bread or dessert? But during the week, no dairy and no wheat or other grains.
Continuing to follow my workout plan: 4x/week, 2 of those times devoted to strength-training. Lots of cardio the other two days. In the summer, I want to go on weekend hikes. I'll see.
I'm trying not to think about when all this will plateau. You know, the day when all the things you're doing no longer work, you stay the same weight, which is way higher than your goal weight? I hope it won't; but for now, I'm really enjoying getting smaller. When I sit in my car now, I marvel than my stomach is starting to look scooped out. :loveya:
